Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations using WMS systems
- Collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues
- Prepare and process shipping documents (BOLs, commercial invoices, customs forms)
- Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate carrier contracts
- Conduct regular audits of logistics processes and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Forklift certification preferred
