Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL)
- Maintain real-time shipment tracking and resolve transit delays proactively
- Prepare and process customs documentation for international freight
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and delivery times
- Generate daily/weekly shipping reports and KPI analytics
- Build and maintain relationships with freight forwarders and 3PL partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or ShipStation)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for shipment discrepancies
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- High school diploma; Supply Chain certification preferred
