Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping operations including order processing, documentation, and carrier selection
- Track and trace shipments in real-time using logistics management software
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and communicate with clients regarding delivery status
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory and timely loading
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate rates with freight carriers
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements
- Generate shipping reports and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Forklift certification and warehouse safety training preferred
- Associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field required
