Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities across multiple transportation modes (air, sea, ground)
- Manage inventory levels and track shipments using WMS software
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and international partners
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Resolve logistical delays and maintain real-time shipment visibility
- Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- Experience with LTL/FTL carrier negotiations
