Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and modes (air, sea, ground)
- Manage documentation including BOLs, commercial invoices, and customs forms
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms and proactively resolve delays
- Liaise with clients, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
- Comply with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination or supply chain role
- Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export/import regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
