Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and compliance records
- Optimize routing and carrier negotiations to reduce costs and transit times
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient inventory management
- Analyze shipping data to identify process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate degree in logistics or supply chain management (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in shipping coordination or related logistics role
- Expertise in shipping regulations (DOT, IATA, customs compliance)
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
