Responsibilities
- Manage and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Coordinate with freight carriers and 3PL providers to optimize shipping routes and costs.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and address customer inquiries regarding order status.
- Update inventory records and maintain accurate shipping logs within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper packaging and labeling standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
