Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS and TMS systems
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, manifests) with 100% accuracy
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments
- Optimize routes and negotiate freight rates to reduce costs
- Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and international shipping regulations
- Generate shipment reports and KPI dashboards for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
