Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL) and customs forms.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Monitor shipping costs and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage inventory levels and perform cycle counts accurately.
- Process returns and manage damaged goods according to company policy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan).
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a high-volume setting.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
