Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier management
- Track and monitor shipments using logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS)
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and expedite urgent deliveries
- Collaborate with vendors, customs brokers, and internal departments
- Prepare shipping manifests, bills of lading, and export documentation
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field (preferred)
- Spanish bilingual proficiency (highly valued for Miami market)
