Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload materials from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Material Storage: Organize and store materials in designated areas to maximize space efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Equipment: Basic knowledge of forklifts and warehouse machinery is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
