Responsibilities
- Pack and seal products securely in boxes or crates according to safety regulations and customer specifications.
- Inspect items for defects and ensure they meet quality control standards before shipping.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information, barcodes, and handling instructions.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software to track stock levels.
- Load and unload pallets safely using pallet jacks or forklifts (certified training available).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and instructions clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience necessary.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
