Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a standard drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo a background check (waived for qualified candidates).
- Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
