Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and labeling customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assisting in inventory management and stock rotation processes.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Scanning barcodes and verifying shipment details using handheld devices.
- Loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen (Background check is waived).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the Tampa facility.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
