Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities, prices, and specifications against work orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and nightly production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
