Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain strict temperature/humidity controls in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment safely
- Load/unload trucks while following FIFO inventory protocols
- Conduct routine sanitation and equipment maintenance checks
- Use inventory management systems for accurate stock tracking
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0°F to 40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
