Responsibilities
- Sort, pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment in a timely manner.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and powered hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Scan items using handheld scanners to ensure accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced fulfillment center environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 49 lbs (22 kg) repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk continuously during shifts.
