Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage environments (-10°F to 40°F zones)
- Accurately track inventory using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated conditions
- Inspect and rotate products for FIFO compliance
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all storage areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly in cold conditions
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in 30-40°F environments for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Pass pre-employment background check
