Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability to work nights/weekends if needed
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to the 2801 Distribution Center Blvd location
