Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and prepare products for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Truck Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing freight trucks, ensuring proper security and safety protocols.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not always required for immediate hires.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license required.
- Forklift Certification: Previous forklift experience is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy rates.
