Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, products, and equipment within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency using warehouse management software.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all items are free of damage and meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning barcodes and reading pick tickets.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required by business volume.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
