Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and organize inventory in temperature-controlled environments
- Operate warehouse machinery following OSHA safety protocols
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation systems
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and dock areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to 7am-5pm shifts
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
