Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently
- Conduct daily pre-operation safety checks and maintain equipment logs
- Load/unload trucks and containers using proper material handling techniques
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage space and workflow
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols
- Assist with inventory audits and documentation accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
