Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
- Accurately pick and pack orders to meet daily production targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime.
