Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move inventory.
- Loading & Unloading: Load and unload trailers and trucks in a timely and organized manner.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates (CDL or forklift certification preferred but not mandatory).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible hours.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety protocols and inventory accuracy.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license is required.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
