- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Manage warehouse inventory with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas to optimize workflow
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Complete accurate documentation of material movements
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse/industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and hazard prevention
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
- Preferable experience with RF scanners and inventory management systems
