Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse setting
- Load/unload shipments with precision using pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts via handheld scanner
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support inventory audits and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus facility
