Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders with zero-error accuracy standards
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and FIFO inventory rotation
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment deadlines
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
