Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using material handling equipment
- Perform inventory control and stock rotation tasks
- Pick and pack orders with precision and speed
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety protocols
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
