Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secure and documentation is accurate.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all 5S safety standards.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff regarding stock levels and order priorities.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
