Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks with precision, ensuring cargo is secure and organized.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks before starting work.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counting, stock organization, and cycle counting.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and material handling procedures.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
