Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks and containers in a timely manner.
- Inspect equipment daily and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and verify stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for reading freight tickets and inventory logs.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not always required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different warehouse machinery.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
