Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely move pallets of goods onto and off trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count and record stock movements to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in proper working condition and report any issues immediately.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to obtain forklift certification through our training program.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand safety signs and communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Driving Record: Valid driver's license (if required for warehouse transport).
