Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Inspect forklifts before and after shifts to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and documenting stock movements.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting and order verification.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training upon hiring.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
