Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working condition and report any maintenance issues.
- Ensure that all inventory is accurately accounted for and properly stored on racks and shelves.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of daily orders.
- Perform basic inventory counts and document any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for logging work hours and inventory data.
