Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance and equipment functionality.
- Organize warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock placement and pallet stacking.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred, not always required).
- Willingness to learn and obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
