Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Perform routine safety inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (OSHA 10 or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
