Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Scan and label products for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and cycle counting inventory
- Report discrepancies and operational issues promptly to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
