Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Scan barcodes and verify item quantities to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and sealing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely as required.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible with shift changes.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
