Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow
- Assist in warehouse cleanup and organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/picker-packer experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Ability to work in a cold environment (10-15°C)
- Reliable transportation to our 3rd shift facility
