Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Verify product information and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.
- Scan items using handheld scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team leads and other staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Nashville facility.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
