Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise from storage areas according to order specifications.
- Verify accuracy of orders by checking item descriptions, quantities, and quality.
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
