Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Sort, bundle, and stage merchandise for shipment according to shipping labels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding handling hazardous materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning barcodes and verifying quantities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
