Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves based on digital order lists.
- Inspect items for defects and ensure they are properly packaged using high-quality materials.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and attach necessary documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and RF scanners as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic reading and math skills for interpreting labels and pick tickets.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift.
- Reliable transportation to our Queens, NY facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends during peak seasons.
