Responsibilities
- Retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on pick lists and orders.
- Verify item quantities, descriptions, and condition before packing.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, tape, padding).
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and counting.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
