Job Overview
As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in our daily operations. You will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from inventory and preparing them for shipment. If you are physically fit, detail-oriented, and ready to work, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Label packages correctly and prepare shipping documents in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Load and unload trucks as needed to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
