Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse shelves using handheld scanners.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure all orders meet quality standards before shipping.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
