Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspecting products for defects and ensuring packaging quality meets company standards.
- Labeling, sorting, and staging orders for timely shipment.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhering to strict safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
