Responsibilities
- Locate and retrieve merchandise from storage areas using RF scanners or pick lists to ensure accuracy.
- Pack, seal, and label products securely for shipment, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, when certified or trained.
- Inspect items for defects or damage and report discrepancies to the inventory control team immediately.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping quotas efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read pick tickets and labels accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Eligible to work in the United States (US Citizen or Permanent Resident).
