Job Overview
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will work in a dynamic environment utilizing state-of-the-art technology to manage inventory.
Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy against pick tickets and packing slips.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
